Mango FZCO is developing the international product Windi Messenger — an innovative messenger that combines familiar communication and task management.

We are creating a tool that helps to be faster, more systematic, and more effective.

Now we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take over the management of a distributed team and ensure the structural, consistent development of the product.

Responsibilities • Managing a distributed team (iOS, Android, backend, frontend, design). • Formulating, recording, and monitoring tasks • Planning and organizing releases. • Maintaining documentation, preserving project structure: priorities, deadlines, statuses. • Preparing reports and synchronization with the founder. • Controlling the quality of task execution and deadlines.

Requirements • From 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT. • Successful experience in managing mobile development projects • Skills in managing remote teams. • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum, ability to adapt processes to the product. • Ability to set tasks systematically, fix decisions, and maintain context. • Logical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills. • Readiness to work for results.
