Food ordering service Chibbis is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of directions: manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure predictable releases of product changes for the website and applications.
About the team:
- The company has about 160 employees, with 50 in the IT team. This allows the company to be more flexible than giants and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

- The Consumers direction is a critical part of the business. Any failures in releases, timelines, or prioritization directly affect user experience and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Development and delivery management:
- Manage the full cycle of product initiatives: from idea to release
- Decompose tasks into stages, releases, and sprints
- Plan development and control deadlines
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope
- Be responsible for release quality and status transparency
- Negotiate with other teams on cross-product task releases
Team management:
- Manage the website team (~7 people) and mobile app teams (~11 people)
- Focus teams on achieving results
- Lead team work: make decisions, bring agreements to fruition
- Identify and remove blockers
- Develop processes (estimation, planning, sprint stability)
- Use our delivery metrics to control team performance
Business interaction:
- Discuss priorities with business and stakeholders
- Transparently communicate timelines, risks, and changes
- Manage expectations regarding deadlines, consider and highlight risks
B2C product work:
- Consider the specifics of mobile development (releases, stores, versions)
- Organize analysis of problematic releases and improve processes
Candidate Expectations:
- 5+ years in development management as a project/program/delivery manager
- 2+ years in B2C products with DAU from 5k
- Experience in mobile development (iOS/Android)
- Work with teams of 10–15 people
Important:
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Experience with delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, etc.)
- Take responsibility for results and teams, not just the process
- Understand the product context and the impact of releases on users
- Ability to communicate with the business and not hide risks
Will be a plus:
- Technical background
- Experience in e-commerce/foodtech/marketplace
