Hi, Lynx! Looking for IT Project / Delivery Managers for the team.

We don't need "meeting managers" or people who beautifully move tasks from one tracker to another. We need those who can bring complex projects to fruition.

Our ideal candidate: — has 3+ years of experience in project / delivery management — has worked with both custom development and enterprise clients / large products, but is tired of enterprise heavyweight and wants more speed, freedom, and a startup mode — knows how to turn a stakeholder's "I want everything at once" into a clear plan and doesn't get lost in communications with top managers — maintains a large context, quickly switches between tasks, and independently dives into the business, product, and details — lives in St. Petersburg. For strong "wow" candidates, we are ready to consider remote work.

What about the conditions: — everything is official, we are an accredited IT company with an office on Petrogradka — core products for top brands in the Russian Federation, where you will have real influence: no bureaucracy, with great freedom and equal responsibility — flexible start of the day: we don't track who sits at their laptop and when, but we expect tasks to be completed on time — voluntary medical insurance and other perks of cool companies.

Honestly upfront: our projects are complex — but they are some of the best e-commerce projects in Russia. It will be challenging at first: a lot of new context, many tasks, a high pace. But at the start, you will have one project, not ten parallel fires. We will help, support you, and properly onboard you into the context.
