SberZdorovye digital health platform is looking for a Project Manager (CSTM)
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Organize effective work on projects involving multiple teams;
- Manage risks, deadlines, and processes within projects to achieve results within the set timeframes;
- Maintain necessary project documentation and reporting: project plan, project metrics, project statuses, risk register, and other necessary documentation;
- Provide stakeholders with all necessary information about project progress and control the execution of agreements;
- Ensure transparent and timely communication within the project team, as well as with related company departments;
- Build processes within teams to achieve the best results.
Required technical skills:
- Experience in cross-team projects with a large number of dependencies;
- Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation;
- Skill in building effective communication with the project team, stakeholders, and managing their expectations;
- Ability to facilitate meetings, keep all participants focused, record, and control agreements;
- Resilience to changes during the project and the ability to reduce their impact on the project progress;
- Desire to bring all systems to structure and order, meticulousness and methodical approach in working with project documentation and processes; responsibility for team results;
- Readiness for intensive work with a large volume of communications;
- Experience as a Project Manager in IT projects for 4+ years;
- Experience with web, mobile, and integration projects / products;
- Experience working in product teams.
