We are opening a position for a Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing your client portfolio
- Independently responsible for the development of your team and projects
- Managing outsource projects for Russian clients and building strong working relationships with them
- Actively participating in pre-sales with the team: preparing technical specifications, estimates, and client contracts
- Planning production, coordinating work stages, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Carefully managing planned and actual project budgets
- Managing your team's workload
- Improving project launch and completion processes
- Analyzing and preventing risks that may arise during the production stage
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the specifics of managing outsource and outstaff projects
- Readiness to work at a high pace and demonstrate transparent weekly results
- Ability to listen to and understand clients, independently gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks
- Ability to foster team spirit in a remote format, helping project colleagues grow professionally
- Fluent, concise oral and written communication skills
- Sincere desire to create strong, pride-worthy projects
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of the web development stack: front-end and back-end
- Ability to work independently or willingness to grow in this area
- Wit and high emotional intelligence for appropriate jokes and small talk
