Project Manager

Salary range: from 70,000 ₽
IRBIS is an IT company specializing in the development of mobile applications, CRM, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Support current clients, work with contracts;
- Prepare technical and accompanying documentation;
- Manage development teams, control tasks and their deadlines;
- Identify needs and form comprehensive proposals for company products;
- Manage long-term deals and negotiations with decision-makers;
- Assist and support the studio head;
- Be prepared to help the sales department during less busy periods.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project management with B2B clients;
- Understanding of highload project development principles - mobile and web;
- Understanding of design and development team workflows;
- Ability to manage teams and grow projects;
- Understanding of business processes in medium and large companies;
- Self-organization and ability to work without constant supervision;
- Competitive spirit and teamwork skills;
- Being located in St. Petersburg or Moscow will be an advantage.
