Job Description

We are involved in the implementation and setup of Bitrix24 for businesses. We help companies organize their sales, CRM, internal processes, automation, and reporting.

We are currently looking for a project manager to lead client projects: communicate with clients, gather requirements, assign tasks to the team, and ensure everything stays on track.

Responsibilities

— Lead projects for Bitrix24 implementation and development + application development for clients. — Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs; — Translate client requirements into clear tasks for the team; — Assign tasks to analysts, integrators, developers, and contractors; — Monitor deadlines, statuses, and quality of work performed; — Document agreements and maintain project documentation; — Maintain communication with the client and the team; — Assist the client in navigating the implementation process; — Identify additional client needs and transfer them to the sales department.

What's important to us

— At least 3 years of experience in IT project management; — Understanding of Bitrix24, CRM, or business process automation; — Ability to communicate calmly and clearly with clients; — Skill in task decomposition and technical specification writing; — Understanding of the IT project lifecycle; — Proficient oral and written communication skills; — Self-organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Will be a plus

— Experience working in a Bitrix24 integrator, web studio, or IT company; — Bitrix24 certifications; — Understanding of API, integrations, and web development; — Experience in describing business processes, BPMN, regulations; — Experience working with B2B clients.
