📌Responsibilities:
- Forms and develops the methodology for implementing Bitrix24 in the company/division;
- Designs target CRM architecture: business processes, integrations, automations, AI scenarios, access rights, server infrastructure;
- Manages a team of consultants/analysts: task distribution, quality control, competency development;
- Leads large implementation projects: from audit and design to launch and support;
- Participates in strategic decisions on the development of the company's CRM platform;
- Conducts negotiations with stakeholders, coordinates solution architecture with IT and business;
- Develops technical specifications, technical documentation, work schedules;
- Controls integrations with 1C, ERP, BI, cloud services, external APIs;
- Defines implementation KPIs, monitors achievement of business results;
- Participates in pre-sales for key clients as an expert architect;
- Reports to management on project status, risks, and team effectiveness.
🔺Requirements:
- Experience in implementing and developing Bitrix24 / corporate portals — from 5 years;
- Experience in managing a team of consultants/analysts — from 2 years;
- Expert knowledge of cloud and on-premise (Enterprise, clustered editions) versions of Bitrix24;
- Experience in designing CRM architecture for enterprise clients (500+ users);
- Deep understanding of 1C + Bitrix24 integrations, REST API, exchanges with ERP/DWH;
- Business analysis and system analysis skills: BPMN, IDEF, UML;
- Experience in preparing technical documentation (TOR, TP, test programs);
- Project management experience: estimation, planning, budget and deadline control;
- Understanding of server infrastructure, DevOps processes, requirements for on-premise installations;
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
