Requirements:

Experience with Bitrix24 for 2+ years.

Good understanding of CRM, business processes, robots, automation, tasks and projects, communications, and integrations.

Ability to analyze client business processes and identify points for automation.

Ability to independently implement solutions in Bitrix24, not just create technical specifications.

Experience communicating with clients and basic pre-sale skills.

Ability to perform initial client diagnostics, understand their task, and offer a suitable solution.

Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integrations.

Desire to develop in web development and technical implementation.

Strong interest in AI tools and modern AI-assisted development: Claude / Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, Codex, Vibe Coding, and similar tools.

Readiness to use AI for analysis, prototyping, development, and automation.

Ability to independently understand documentation and new tools.

Systematic approach, independence, and focus on the final result.

Sales, upsell, and cross-sell experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client business processes and identify tasks for automation.

Design and implement solutions based on Bitrix24.

Configure CRM, business processes, robots, communications, and integrations.

Participate in pre-sale: perform initial diagnostics, attend meetings, demonstrations, and prepare proposals.

Explain the solution to the client through their business task and expected outcome.

Independently manage tasks from identifying the need to implementation.

Offer clients additional solutions in the areas of automation, integrations, and AI.

Use AI tools to accelerate development and solve work tasks.

Develop a new company direction at the intersection of Bitrix24, automation, and AI.

Conditions:

1,500 ₽/hour.

Additionally — percentage of sales.

Separate motivation for upsell.

Part-time, with the possibility of increasing workload as the direction develops.
