🙌 We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team.
Soft Media Group is a digital integrator, we work on projects for large businesses and government, launch new directions and startups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project management and task assignment to developers;
- Participation in pre-sale meetings with sales managers, initial processing of incoming requests, client briefing, requirements gathering, and preparation of proposals and estimates;
- Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, working on client retention and contract renewal;
- Maintaining client history and sales funnel in CRM (Bitrix24), logging communications, monitoring deal stages, and ensuring timely payments from clients;
- Monitoring project status, updating data in Jira / Redmine, and preparing reports.
We expect from the candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in IT;
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Bitrix, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal;
- Ability to plan and coordinate the work of the development team and control deadlines;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work with clients.
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing basics will be an advantage;
- Confident knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in their application in projects;
- Experience with integrations with any services (e.g., acquiring, payment, delivery, CRM).
