Sales Account Manager / Sales and Client Relations Manager
About the company:
Omni360 is a technology partner for advertising agencies in purchasing digital out-of-home (DOOH) and indoor advertising in the Russian Federation — we provide access to the programmatic DSP OmniBuy, the industrial out-of-home planner OmniPlan, and offer client service at all stages of campaign preparation and launch.
We partner with over 60 agencies, including OMD, OKKAM, Group4M, SberMarketing, Igromik, NMI, Realweb, and others. Our inventory includes over 8000 digital screens from 90+ operators across Russia (including Russ Outdoor, RIM, and others).
Due to the company's active growth, we are expanding our commercial department and seeking a Sales and Client Relations Manager to drive OmniBuy product sales, ensure a high level of client service, and help create a positive working experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting initial presentations to key decision-makers and top management.
- Searching for and attracting new clients.
- Daily communication with clients, resolving current requests, and meeting deadlines.
- Developing proposals, preparing, and verifying media plans.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and preparing reports on DOOH advertising campaign placements.
- Searching for and attracting new counterparties — advertising agencies and direct advertisers.
- Building and achieving client plans for expanding DOOH budgets.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Account Manager on the side of media/digital agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to find common ground with clients.
- Ensuring a high level of client service and client satisfaction.
- Building long-term partnerships with counterparties.
- Skills in business correspondence at the level of agreements in emails and work chats.
- English at the level of correspondence.
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of the out-of-home and/or digital advertising market fundamentals or experience working with media owners.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with Bitrix24 or other CRMs, Google Workplace.
We offer:
- Salary of 90,000 + % bonus based on KPI.
- Work schedule 5/2, from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MSK, or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM MSK.
- Hybrid work format, with office meetings once a week in Moscow at Dorogobuzhskaya 14s40, or meetings in St. Petersburg, office near Vasileostrovskaya metro station. Remote work is also negotiable.
