We are actively growing and looking for a B2B Sales Manager who knows how to sell not just 'newsletters' but value (LTV growth, retention, repeat sales) through CRM marketing and automation.
What you will be doing:
- Attracting B2B clients (e-commerce, services, fintech, edtech, etc.) and managing deals from initial contact to contract signing.
- Processing inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach.
- Holding discovery meetings: identifying the client's business goals and objectives.
- Selling agency services: CRM strategies, email marketing, SMS/push, CDP, automation.
- Preparing commercial proposals together with the founders.
- Working in CRM (pipeline, forecast, reporting).
What is important for this role:
- At least 3 years of B2B service sales experience (marketing / IT / SaaS) and communication with authorized decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Understanding of CRM marketing, retention metrics, segmentation, and hypothesis testing.
- Negotiation and presentation skills for complex services.
- Ability to handle objections and long sales cycles.
- Proactiveness, results-oriented attitude.
- Proficient spoken and written communication skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience selling CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing/CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of tools: Mindbox, Braze, Emarsys, Salesforce, Exponea, UniSender, etc.
- Experience working with e-commerce or subscription models.
