Hi! We are looking for a Sales Manager with a focus on performance and digital projects to join our team.
You can channel your inner Don Draper here, acting as an active listener, negotiator, and consultant. You will be working with warm incoming leads (no client search required!).
Responsibilities:
— Interacting with new clients: conducting briefings, identifying needs, presenting the agency, defending proposals.
— Compiling commercial proposals into impressive presentations and clear estimates.
— Compiling estimates, basic proposals, and presentations.
— Presenting compiled proposals to clients together with the team, being a persuasive speaker.
— Preparing documents for project launch together with administrative staff.
— Developing clients through NPS and consultations, performing upsells and cross-sells.
Our future sales representative:
— Understands branding and digital marketing: from brand platform and HR brand development to launching advertising campaigns and SEO.
— Loves and understands numbers: familiar with performance marketing forecasts and calculations.
— Able to quickly assess the situation and offer clients relevant paths to their goals from the agency's service arsenal.
— Strong in communication: able to build easy, transparent relationships with clients, speaks well and articulately, knows how to present, can answer any question, even if they don't know the answer, and approaches work with a pinch of enthusiasm.
— Able to plan the team's work during pre-sale — sets clear tasks, gathers timelines, identifies risks, reacts quickly to changes, and prioritizes. Persistent and demanding when it comes to achieving goals.
— Has worked as a Sales Manager / Account Manager or in a New Business Manager position at an agency for 2+ years. Experience in selling performance and digital services.
— Wants to develop specifically in this field.
Conditions:
— Hybrid format if you are in St. Petersburg, or fully remote. Full-time with a flexible start between 9 AM and 11 AM.
— Salary: base + % of sales. Average total payouts for sales reps are from 120,000 ₽.
— Fully official salary, registration from the first day according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
— Strong team and adequate management.
— Regular performance reviews, support, and mentorship from the manager.
— Paid training on courses and intensives (100% for short courses, 50% for more serious endeavors).
— Additional day off on your birthday.
