We are WIM Agency, a CRM agency that has been helping brands communicate with their clients through email, push notifications, SMS, gamification, and landing pages for 12 years. Major companies like Yandex Plus, Perekrestok, and Dodo Pizza work with us, among others.
We are currently looking for a manager to handle cold and warm sales of our agency's services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial client briefings to identify their actual needs.
- Managing the full sales cycle: from the first contact to signing the contract, including managing tender processes.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations, defending proposals, and explaining the value of our services.
- Working with the client base: building long-term relationships, maintaining active communication.
- Developing the agency in the market: participating in events, building connections, attracting clients through personal acquaintances.
- Interacting with internal teams to prepare proposals, tender applications, and offers.
- Analyzing the market and competitors, proposing strategies for entering new segments.
- Maintaining reports on leads, deals, and sales, working with CRM systems.

- Is ready for active networking and agency development in the market.
- Has experience with MS Office, AI tools, and preparing commercial proposals.
