We are looking for a sales manager for the commercial department of an independent media group.
We produce digital special projects and native advertising for media outlets "Pchela" and TA, and we work with major brands such as Sber, Yandex, hh.ru, MTS, Rosatom, Samokat, and others.
We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for a manager with potential for development in commerce – someone who thinks beyond just sales.
Responsibilities:
— Conduct correspondence and calls with clients during the sales phase.
— Prepare and send commercial proposals, estimates, and mailings.
— Search for new clients and expand the existing client base.
— Initiate seasonal special projects and promotions, and prepare materials for them.
— Monitor the status of launched campaigns (a separate team is responsible for production).
— Prepare weekly reports for the head of the commercial department.
Important: you will not manage projects after the sale – only communication and agreements.
Requirements:
— Experience or sincere interest in advertising and digital media.
— Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain the value of the offer.
— Basic skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets and presentations.
— Ability to organize yourself and keep multiple tasks in focus.
Experience working in an agency, media, or on the client side will be a plus.
