Hi! We are looking for a Sales Manager with a focus on performance and digital projects to join our team.
Here you can express yourself like Don Draper, an active listener, negotiator, and consultant. You will work with warm inbound leads (you don't need to search for clients!).
Responsibilities:
— Interact with new clients: conduct briefings, identify needs, talk about the agency, defend proposals.
— Compile commercial proposals into effective presentations and clear estimates.
— Collect estimates, basic proposals, and presentations.
— Conduct presentations of collected proposals to clients together with the team, be a convincing speaker.
— Prepare documents for project launch together with office administrators.
— Develop clients through NPS and consultations, make upsells and cross-sells.
Our future sales representative:
— Knows the process of launching advertising campaigns and SEO optimization.
— Understands why CJM is needed and why User Flow is needed.
— Able to quickly assess the situation and offer clients relevant paths to their goals from Nimax's arsenal of services.
— Strong in communication: able to build easy, transparent relationships with clients, speaks well and grammatically, can present, is able to answer any question, even if they don't know the answer, and approaches work with a pinch of excitement.
— Able to plan the team's work during presale — sets clear tasks, collects timings, identifies risks, reacts quickly to changes and sets priorities. Persistent and demanding when it comes to achieving goals.
— Worked as a Sales Manager / Account Manager or New Business Manager in an agency for 2+ years. Experience in selling performance and digital services.
— Knowledge of English at an Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage: we work in the global market.
— Wants to develop specifically in this field.
Conditions:
— Hybrid format if you are in St. Petersburg, or fully remote. Full-time with flexible start from 9 to 11.
— Salary: fixed salary + % of sales. Average total payouts for sales reps are from 90,000 ₽ for juniors, 130,000 ₽ for mids.
— Fully official salary, employment from the first day according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
— Strong team and adequate management.
— Regular performance reviews, support, and mentorship from the manager.
— Paid training courses and intensives (100% for small courses, 50% for more serious endeavors).
