We have been in the market for 8 years, consistently scaling and launching new directions. We have well-established processes, a strong team, and our own ecosystem: development, farming, payment solutions, and a creative department — everything to allow media buyers to focus on results, not on "resource acquisition".
Among the verticals in active growth and development is the FINANCE vertical, and the key task now is to strengthen this direction with a strong BizDev who can provide the company with a stable stream of partners and deals. A person who will maintain relationships with them and directly influence the revenue growth of the direction through partner management, conditions, and traffic distribution. A person who will literally be the conduit of money from brokers and networks to us.
We have the strongest people in our team. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience. With a background. With case studies. Someone who doesn't need to be spoon-fed. No time for warming up, God forbid!)
Tasks:
- Search for and connect new brokers and partners for buying tasks.
- Negotiate rates, payouts, terms, guarantees, volumes.
- Launch partners from scratch: from the first contact to readiness to accept traffic.
- Control integrations, tracking, and the correct operation of connected partners.
- Work in conjunction with buyers and team leads:
• find geos and deals upon request;
• distribute caps;
• help place traffic.
- Analyze the market: geos, trends, new directions, competitors.
- Propose new growth points.
- Scale successful strategies through new advertisers.
- Manage the financial part: track deals, control volumes, payouts (including guarantees), debts.
- External activity and networking: participation in conferences, maintaining live contacts with partners and competitors to find insights and market trends.
Who you will work with:
- With real traffic volumes, not a "sandbox".
- With buying teams that can quickly test and scale.
- With internal infrastructure (development, tracking, analytics).
- With the market: advertisers, affiliate networks, conferences, insights.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience as a BizDev in the Finance vertical.
- Own database of brokers and networks.
- Understanding of the arbitration model and the affiliate market (you understand what conditions are needed for the team to stably drive traffic).
- Understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and key metrics (you can analyze and find the root cause of problems based on analytics).
- Ability to negotiate and secure terms (you are proactive, persistent, engaged).
- Ability to work with volumes and take responsibility for money.
- English language (Upper-Intermediate B2) - mandatory.
- Important: you must understand how traffic turns into money and where it can be lost.
