Performance marketing agency 2LEADS invites a Commercial Director to join the team.
What you will be doing:
- Developing a partner network: building relationships with advertisers, other agencies, media buying and arbitration teams;
- Attracting major partners for advertising account rentals: scaling commercial activities and organizing collaborations with them;
- Forming a growth strategy for the advertising account rental direction: identifying key verticals, developing the service part of the business unit;
- Managing sales: controlling client margins, participating in the formation of cooperation terms;
- Growing revenue from the advertising account rental direction: forming and fulfilling the plan, launching new verticals and clients.
Expectations from the ideal candidate:
- Practical experience in building a commercial unit in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, media buying, CPA partner platforms, or adtech;
- Understanding of the economics of an infrastructure business and the ability to manage its commercial funnel;
- Own network of contacts in the B2B performance marketing market among media buying/affiliate teams, performance agencies, in-house brand teams, and partner networks;
- Ability to attract partners through personal contacts, events (including public speaking), and professional communities;
- Knowledge of the market ecosystem: key players, cooperation models, growth drivers.
