We are the ClickAdilla team — an international self-serve advertising platform with a large volume of traffic across all major verticals, the latest anti-fraud protection system, and exclusive targeting capabilities. We offer our clients 13 advertising formats, providing over 4.5 billion impressions daily in various locations worldwide, including popunder, in-page, push, and other formats.
We are currently developing numerous new features for advertisers and enhancing the product so that our clients can work more effectively with their advertising campaigns and optimize budgets. Therefore, we are looking for a Performance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client acquisition channels: full cycle of purchasing, optimizing, and expanding reach in contextual advertising systems (comprehensive knowledge of Google);
- Analyze the results of advertising campaigns and propose non-standard approaches to increase client acquisition volumes;
- Independently make decisions on ad placement and maintain relevant reporting;
- Control and monitor the process of ad campaign placement;
- Analyze the effectiveness of ad placements and optimize them;
- Track and improve customer acquisition cost indicators;
- Prepare interim performance reports;
- Set up and manage customer re-engagement through cross-platform tools.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Proven experience in purchasing client traffic in Google Ads;
- Experience with Google Display & Video 360 (DV360);
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Experience launching and evaluating the effectiveness of media advertising;
- Experience with end-to-end analytics systems;
- Understanding of Digital and Affiliate marketing, CPA marketing;
- Ability to manage advertising budgets.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with other client acquisition channels (besides Google Ads);
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, etc.);
- Successful case studies in managing long-term and short-term advertising campaigns;
- Skills in competitor analysis and market monitoring;
- Experience testing new advertising tools and approaches.
