Remote Vacancy.
An online programming school for children, Aitigenio, is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take responsibility for paid acquisition and help build a sustainable traffic system for seasonal growth.
The role reports directly to the Commercial Director and is responsible for paid acquisition results: not only leads and CPL, but also payments, CAC, ROMI, LTV/CAC, payback, and traffic quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and defend the media plan: leads, payments, budget, CAC, ROMI, payback;
- Manage Google Ads, Yandex, Meta, Telegram, CPA/affiliate networks, and CRM retargeting;
- Daily monitor expenses and channel performance in Looker Studio and Google Sheets;
- Assign tasks to contractors, set benchmarks, control work quality and reports;
- Make scale/fix/kill decisions for channels, campaigns, combinations, and offers;
- Launch a hypothesis flow: new creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, partners, and entry funnels;
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, creative, and product teams to ensure traffic converts to payments;
- Control lead quality: CR lead -> qualification, CR qualification -> payment, feedback from sales.
Channels and Geography:
- You will manage the full paid traffic stack: Google, Yandex, Meta, Telegram, CPA/affiliate networks, and CRM retargeting. In parallel, we are launching tests for new channels - VK, Avito, new CPA partners, offers, and entry points. This is your area of responsibility: to decide which hypotheses to scale and which to close;
- Together with the creative team, you will launch UGC/performance combinations, video creatives, influencer marketing, and ambassador programs – so that traffic not only comes in but converts into payments;
- Geographical priority – Russian-speaking audience in the Russian Federation and expats worldwide. In the future – expansion to English- and Spanish-speaking markets, but initially, we focus on the core market where the product has already proven its effectiveness.
What you will work with:
- Budget: up to $50-100k per month;
- Team: contractors for targeting and contextual advertising, CPA partners, designers, copywriters, product marketers, SEO contractor, Creative Director, and SMM;
- Analytics: Looker Studio, Google Sheets, media plan, plan-vs-actual for channels, reports on CAC, ROMI, and conversions;
- Product specifics: the parent makes the decision, the child is the user. Therefore, the quality of motivation, meeting family expectations, and post-purchase retention are critically important.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience managing paid acquisition in B2C with a significant budget and responsibility for payments;
- Confident command of CAC, CPL, stage-by-stage CR, ROMI, LTV/CAC, payback, and waste spend;
- Ability to manage contractors and partners in terms of goals, benchmarks, creatives, ad accounts, and reports;
- Experience in building a performance testing system: hypothesis, budget, timeframe, success criteria, decision;
- Willingness to dive deep into details, even if contractors manage the ad accounts hands-on;
- Ability to work with adjacent teams: sales, CRM, product, creative;
- Plus: experience in EdTech, children's education, or products where the buyer and user are different individuals.
Conditions:
- Opportunity to influence the development of the educational product and business;
- Competitive salary, flexible schedule, and the ability to work from anywhere;
- Employment: self-employed (Belarus, Russia), individual entrepreneur (Georgia), business incubator (Poland) – 50% of taxes paid;
- For every 3 months worked, the employee is granted 7 paid days off (28 days per year). You can use them as you see fit: for recovery, to avoid burnout, for personal celebrations, or in case of illness;
- We care about the mental well-being of each employee, offering psychological support and an environment for both professional and personal growth.
