Responsibilities
— Build performance marketing and funnels to attract qualified leads;
— Be responsible for paid traffic, conversion, and packaging quality;
— Develop the company's Instagram and two Telegram recruiter contact;
— Prepare and publish case studies on VC.ru;
— Organize collaborations with opinion leaders and online activities;
— Organize the company's participation in industry conferences and events.

Requirements
— Performance marketing experience of 3+ years, preferably in an agency;
— Deep understanding of paid traffic, lead generation, and analytics;
— Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
— Experience with Yandex.Metrica, CRM, and end-to-end analytics;
— Strong analytical and communication skills;
— Independence and responsibility for results.
