ABOUT US: Renouar is a Russian IT developer of smart services for the sports industry. Our flagship product is the PadelTech sports technology ecosystem for automatic analytics and analysis of padel matches. Using artificial intelligence and computer vision, the service cuts the best moments (highlights) during the game and generates digital analytics for each player.

TASKS: • Influence & SMM: select sports and media creators, launch campaigns, maintain a database, and communicate with bloggers and platforms. • Vertical Content: develop promotion mechanics for highlights and sounds on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and VK Clips, launch thematic account networks. • Performance & Advertising: set up and manage traffic acquisition (Yandex Direct, TG Ads, social networks), budget expenses. • Funnels & Analytics: develop Unit Economics and test hypotheses.

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in SMM and systematic development of social networks (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, VK). • Setup, launch, and optimization of targeted and contextual advertising (Yandex Direct, TG Ads, etc.). • Understanding of marketing funnels, products, and Unit Economics. • Ability to work with key performance marketing metrics: CAC, CPL, CTR, CR, ROMI. • In-depth analytics of advertising campaigns, hypothesis generation and testing, search for growth points. • Ability to develop and test engaging offers and creatives. • Understanding of the specifics of Telegram, Instagram*, Yandex Direct channels and vertical video algorithms. • Ideally, confident use of neural networks (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content generation, analytics, automation, and marketing tasks. • Interest in sports, systematic reporting.

CONDITIONS: • Salary: 50,000 – 150,000 ₽ (base + KPI, range depends on grade and experience) • Format: Remote or office in Moscow, flexible schedule.
