Who We Are Looking For
Two SMM specialists for different areas:
- Specialist 1: manages «Astoria» and «Astoria Market».
- Specialist 2: manages «Melio» and «Kashmir».
We are looking for someone who can not only post beautiful pictures but also analyze what works on each platform, adapt content, and track important metrics.
You will manage social media from idea to publication, work in a team with content creators, designers, and videographers, set tasks, and monitor results.
If you already work with neural networks – that will be a big plus! The ability to generate texts via Claude or ChatGPT and process photos via Midjourney/Magnific is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Managing social media for two projects (Instagram, VK, Telegram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok).
- Adapting content for each platform.
- Writing posts, stories, and descriptions.
- Creating technical tasks for designers.
- Working with ready-made content from photographers and videographers, as well as independent shooting at events.
- Coordinating collaborations with actors and bloggers.
- Analyzing statistics: reach, engagement, strategy adjustment.
- Understanding how to work with bloggers: audience analysis and effectiveness evaluation.
- Participating in events to create content and convey the atmosphere.
- Using neural networks for text generation and photo processing.
What Is Important to Us
- Portfolio with active accounts: dynamics, engagement, variety of formats.
- Experience in the premium segment, food industry, cultural projects, or e-commerce.
- Good writing skills: literate, engaging, in brand tone.
- Ability to read statistics and draw conclusions.
- Experience with neural networks: describe how exactly you used them.
- Independence and decision-making skills.
Plus Points
- Experience in the premium segment (food industry, cultural projects).
- Ability to shoot and edit simple content on a phone.
- Sense of composition, color, and style.
- Experience working with designers and communicating with public figures.

- You don't have a portfolio.
- You need detailed instructions for every task and step-by-step control.
- You are not willing to travel to events and come to the office.
- You have only worked with one platform and are unwilling to learn others.
