You will be working in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for developing and promoting the company brand, creating a unique identity that sets the company apart from competitors, as well as establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Create a content plan and manage content publication with the involvement of the design team
2. Develop content categories, creative formats, and ideas to strengthen the brand on social media
3. Prepare technical specifications for designers and track deadlines for task completion
4. Attract target audience, increase the number of visitors, subscribers, and group members
5. Communicate with the audience, answer questions and comments
6. Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and SMM promotion, prepare analytical reports
7. Monitor and analyze the competitive environment, keep track of trends
8. Run contests, summarize results, and inform about outcomes in accordance with contest terms on the brand's social media
9. Participate in the creation and implementation of contest mailings and mailings for bloggers
10. Participate in shootings (generate ideas, create briefs, conduct shoots with the production team)
11. Shoot UGC content for the brand with basic editing

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. Similar successful work experience of at least 3 years with beauty/fashion category products
2. Knowledge of various platforms (Instagram, Telegram, VK) and their functionalities
3. Ability to react quickly to changes in social media trends and algorithms
4. Ability to work in a multitasking environment
5. Creativity and a good eye for trends
