Title: SMM Manager
Company: Sunlight
Location: Moscow
Experience: 1 to 3 years
SUNLIGHT is 30 years of jewelry business, 900+ stores, 100+ cities, and a huge digital audience. We have long gone beyond classic jewelry retail: we develop e-commerce, social media, content, and communications to be where our audience lives.
We don't just create jewelry from gold, silver, and precious stones. We create emotions, trends, and reasons to say 'I want it!'
What you will do:
- Manage the brand's social media. Work with the content plan and be responsible for the regular release of posts, stories, and videos on SUNLIGHT platforms: VK, Telegram, TikTok, Odnoklassniki, Dzen, YouTube, Threads, and others.
- Develop the brand image through content. Ensure that the visuals, presentation, and tone of voice are consistent, recognizable, and align with SUNLIGHT's character. It's important not only to be "beautiful" but also to understand why this content is needed by the brand and what task it solves.
- Grow with social media. Work on increasing subscriber base, reach, and engagement — use organic and paid promotion tools, test new formats and approaches.
- Look at the numbers and draw conclusions. Track ER, reach, subscriber dynamics, saves, clicks, and other key performance indicators. Understand what content works and what doesn't, and promptly change your approach if metrics decline.
- Monitor audience quality. For us, it's not just about the number of followers, but a live and relevant audience. Therefore, it's important to understand the quality of attracted subscribers and prevent growth through fake accounts and non-targeted mass followers.
- Prepare analytics and reports. Regularly collect results, document what worked and why, and most importantly — turn numbers into concrete conclusions and ideas for the next period.
- Stay on top of trends. Monitor what's happening on social media, quickly notice new formats and trends, and suggest ideas for sections, special projects, and activities.
Who you will work with:
- You won't be alone with the content plan and deadlines.
- You'll become part of the SMM team: there's a Lead SMM and an SMM Manager in the department, and we're strengthening the team with another specialist. Nearby are a copywriter and our own photo and video production, so we have the opportunity not only to come up with ideas but also to implement them with high quality.
- We also work closely with the PR and Influencer Marketing teams. You can brainstorm ideas together, combine efforts, launch joint special projects and events, and create content that goes beyond the usual publication calendar.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in managing brand social media for 1–2 years — at an agency, brand, or your own project. We value not only tenure but also real results.
- Understanding how organic growth and promotion work on social media, which mechanics influence engagement and audience growth.
- Confident proficiency in platform analytics: reach, ER, subscriber dynamics, and other key indicators.
- Ability to view numbers not as formal reporting but as a tool for decision-making.
- Attention to detail and good visual taste — it's important to feel what looks modern, high-quality, and aligns with the brand's image.
- Ability to work with a content plan and adhere to publication deadlines.
- Independence: you can take on a task, figure it out, bring it to publication, and not wait for constant reminders.
- Curiosity about social media and a desire to try new things: notice trends before others and turn them into working ideas.
What we offer:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and VHI — so you feel confident and secure: we've already taken care of important social guarantees and health care.
- Comfortable start and flexibility. During the adaptation period, we work 5/2 from the office to quickly immerse yourself in the team and processes. After 3 months — the opportunity to switch to a hybrid format: approximately 1–2 days remote per week, by agreement with your manager.
- An office you'll want to come to. A modern space with a relaxation area and a game room, plus coffee, tea, and sweets — everything you need for a comfortable workday.
- Development opportunities. Discounts from partners on training, foreign languages, and food — you can invest in yourself and do it more affordably.
- And most importantly — team and scale. You won't be working alone: there's a Lead SMM, other SMM specialists, a copywriter, our own photo and video production, and PR and influencer teams nearby. There's someone to brainstorm an idea with, implement it, and see the results on a large audience.
If you are interested in developing the social media for a major brand, seeing the results of your work, and creating content that really gets noticed — we'll be happy to meet you.
