In connection with the company's development, we are looking for an SMM Manager for the "Retail Office" department (experience in a retail company is important).
What you will do:
- Develop a content plan and create texts, visuals, and videos for Telegram, VK, Instagram, considering brand goals and trends.
- Write scripts for Reels / Shorts / Stories: from idea to selecting music and references.
- Organize shoots (including trips to shopping malls and outlets): assign tasks to contractors, monitor quality and deadlines.
- Independently manage accounts: publications, interaction with comments and messages, running contests and polls.
- Attract traffic from social networks to the website and stores, tracking the effectiveness of each channel.
- Analyze reach, engagement, and subscriber growth, prepare reports, and adjust the strategy based on competitive analysis.
What we expect from you:
- SMM / content marketing experience of at least 1 year (fashion / retail — a plus).
- Maintain a content plan and create content for different formats and platforms.
- Organize shoots and manage contractors.
- Manual account management, working with feedback and interactives.
- Social media analytics, report preparation.
