What you will be doing

• Take over several VkusVill channels. Priority will be given to TikTok and Telegram, as well as Zen / Yandex Rhythm.
• Develop a channel development strategy: set goals, identify growth points, and create an action plan.
• Test hypotheses: be able to analyze results, draw conclusions, and scale successful solutions.
• Plan and create content: form a content plan, choose topics and formats considering channel goals, season, and trends.
• Organize the team's work: assign tasks to photographers, designers, and video content specialists, control the result.
• Follow trends and adapt them for VkusVill.
• Work with the SMM team on channel development and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Work with the team, jointly create a channel development strategy, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Care for customers and subscribers: convey only important, useful, and interesting information.

Our candidate

• Understands the specifics of different social networks and the nuances of platforms. Primarily TikTok and Telegram (and has cases of systematic growth and account development), as well as VK, Instagram, Zen, YouTube.
• Knows how to independently organize their work: set goals, create a plan, prioritize, and bring tasks to completion.
• Knows how to manage the process, not just their own tasks: assign a task, explain the desired result, control its execution, and adjust the plan in a timely manner.
• Can defend their decisions with arguments: explain why a channel needs a specific type of content, format, or development direction.
• Knows how to work with uncertainty: if there is no ready-made solution, they find options, formulate hypotheses, and test them.
• Knows how to work with numbers: understands key platform metrics, sees dynamics, and makes decisions based on data.
• Knows how to write about people and products easily, lively, without clichés and bureaucratic language, knows how to joke, but understands the importance of red tape policy and TOV (Tone of Voice).
• Knows how to work with information, is aware of the current agenda, follows trends, and sees how to adapt them for the brand.
