The role does not involve constant online presence or participation in all meetings.
Important:
— attend the weekly meeting
— stay informed about what's happening in the project (promotions, news, campaign launches)
— work with your own content plan, relying on trends, events, and news
— be able to balance between useful and viral content
— Managing and developing social media: Telegram, VK, prohibitedgram.
— Increasing reach and attracting new relevant audiences to the channels
— Working with the current loyal base (contests, engagement)
Content creation:
— posts
— photos and videos (especially live content)
— unboxings, product content
— Generating ideas for viral and engaging content
— Participating in the development of a community around the brand
— Supporting communication on promotions and products
— No KPI for the number of posts
— The main goal is growth of reach and engagement
— Additionally – influence on sales through social media
— Interest in social media and content
— Understanding how different content formats work
— Rely on VkusVill's ToV when preparing texts and creatives
— Ability to come up with creative and viral ideas
— Proactivity
— Basic understanding of marketing metrics (especially SMM metrics)
— Content work experience – desirable
— Willingness to shoot content (photo/video) – mandatory :)
Important condition
— Residing in Moscow
— for shooting live content
— ability to order and shoot product (food is provided)
— Be available every day on weekdays during working hours
