A Head of SMM is required for the medical cosmetic company Geltek.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a content plan for all brand social media platforms;
• Team management;
• Tracking and analysis of key SMM metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.);
• Content optimization based on analytics, proposing solutions to improve efficiency;
• Tracking trends and tendencies, implementing them in the company's social networks;
• Development of a content plan for the company's social media (VK, Dzen, and others);
• Setting tasks for content production (texts, photos, videos), monitoring execution and results;
• Shooting on a mobile phone, editing vertical videos (reels, stories, shorts) and photos;
• Posting on social media and video hosting platforms according to the content plan;
• Checking and responding to comments;
• Analysis of the company's social media;
• Analysis of competitors' social media.

Requirements:

• Experience with social media (profile setup, Tone of voice, content categories, content plan) for at least 2 years;
• Understanding of modern SMM trends and readiness to be creative;
• Interest in skincare and the beauty industry will be an advantage;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Experience in teamwork and personnel management.
