In the Ivi team, you will:

Strategy and Content:

• Develop and implement a brand presence strategy on social networks
• Develop and update a content strategy and rubricator for all SMM platforms (VKontakte, Telegram, MAX, etc.)
• Formulate a visual concept and reference base; set tasks for designers and control compliance with the brand book
• Write and edit copywriting: product posts, image storytelling, contest mechanics
• Plan and launch reach activities: contests, collaborations, situational trend-jacking

Operational Management:

• Lead the content plan creation process: ensure uninterrupted production
• Assign tasks to the team (up to 10 people), monitor deadlines and quality
• Maintain working documentation: statuses, reports, presentations, estimates, spreadsheets

Channel and Audience Development:

• Manage SMM channels together with the manager: develop functionality in accordance with platform updates (launch and support new platforms upon request: setup, description, access issuance)

Promotion:

• Form selections of bloggers and projects for collaboration
• Control the publication of integrations and collect/analyze placement statistics
• Formulate media plans, local strategies for paid traffic to attract audiences to social networks

Analytics and Project Reporting:

• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Prepare reporting materials and presentations for reporting periods
• Build an analytics system together with the manager and the team

Ivi's expectations for the candidate:

Experience and Expertise:

• SMM experience of 3-4 years in the profession, of which at least 1 year in a senior/lead position
• Experience in TV projects is desirable: understanding the specifics of creating a content plan
• Experience managing large communities is desirable
• Management experience of 5+ people (SMM agency, in-house SMM team)
• Experience launching collaborations with bloggers and brands

Skills:

• Confident work with social networks; understanding the algorithms and formats of each platform
• Copywriting: ability to write texts independently, understanding triggers and neuro-copywriting
• Visual thinking: ability to set tasks for designers, evaluate the visual concept's compliance with the project
• Analytics: result-oriented approach to metrics: reach, ER, audience growth, conversions, etc.

• Desire and ability to transfer knowledge to junior colleagues, grow talent
• Love for analytics, ability to manage creativity based on numbers and facts
• High operational speed: flexibility of thinking, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without loss of quality
• Systematic approach: ability to build processes, document agreements, work according to clear, established processes and DDLs
