The online cinema Ivi is looking for a Head of SMM.

- They communicate in Pachka, using Jira as a task tracker.
- They try to automate routine operations with the help of bots.
- They hold regular one-on-one meetings for development and feedback exchange.
In the Ivi team, you will:
Strategy and Content:
- Develop and implement a brand presence strategy on social media.
- Develop and update a content strategy and rubricator for all SMM platforms (VKontakte, Telegram, MAX, etc.).
- Formulate a visual concept and reference base; set tasks for designers and control compliance with the brand book.
- Write and edit copywriting: product posts, image storytelling, contest mechanics.
- Plan and launch reach-driving activities: contests, collaborations, situational trend-jacking.
Operational Management:
- Lead the process of creating a content plan: ensure uninterrupted production.
- Set tasks for the team, control deadlines and quality.
- Maintain work documentation: statuses, reports, presentations, estimates, spreadsheets.
Channel and Audience Development:
- Manage SMM channels together with the head: develop functionality in accordance with platform updates (launch and support of new platforms as required: setup, description, access granting).
Promotion:
- Create selections of bloggers and projects for collaboration.
- Monitor integration execution and collect/analyze placement statistics.
- Develop media plans, local strategies for paid traffic to attract audiences to social networks.
Analytics and Project Reporting:
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare reporting materials and presentations for reporting periods.
- Build an analytics system together with the head and the team.
Ivi's expectations from the candidate:
Experience and Expertise:
- SMM experience of 3-4 years in the profession, including at least 1 year in a senior/lead position.
- Experience in TV projects is desirable: understanding the specifics of creating a content plan.
- Experience managing large communities is desirable.
- Management experience of 5+ people (SMM agency, in-house SMM team).
- Experience launching collaborations with bloggers and brands.
Skills:
- Confident work with social networks; understanding the algorithms and formats of each platform.
- Copywriting: ability to write texts independently, understanding triggers and neurocopywriting.
- Visual thinking: ability to set tasks for designers, assess the visual's compliance with the project concept.
- Analytics: result-oriented in metrics: reach, ER, audience growth, conversions, etc.
