— KION Stroki — a book service where you can easily read books and comics, and listen to audiobooks and podcasts. The catalog includes over 250,000 books, including popular classics, modern literature, author's podcasts, children's content, and originals from our own publishing house.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the creation and implementation of creative promotion strategies using SMM tools for the KION online cinema products, MTS Music releases, and the Stroki book service.
- Managing a team of 7+ people and interacting with contractors (agencies, influencers, etc.).
- Developing an overall ecosystem strategy and a promotion strategy for each product individually.
- Developing barter special projects and building effective interaction with partners.
- Ensuring cross-functional activities between fan-tech services.
- Preparing performance reports for top management.
- Assisting in the development of a content plan and monitoring the release of important content on social media.
- Developing and implementing ideas for creative video formats (production skills are a plus).
- Legally formalizing barter integrations in conjunction with the back office. Ability to work with and influence KPIs such as ER, subscriber reach, and service traffic.
- Monitoring trends, benchmarks, and SMM activities.
- Preparing reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing processes.
- Communicating with actors, artists, and their agents to create joint promotional activities for upcoming releases.
What we expect from the candidate:
- SMM team management and formation experience of 2+ years; Independence, systematic approach, strategic thinking; Knowledge of all main (and the latest!) SMM tools.
- Ability to work under time constraints, multitasking skills.
- Interest in creativity and SMM.
- Successful cases in social media promotion, including work with viral vertical videos.
- Achievement of high engagement and audience growth metrics.
