Your mission: to build an effective, engaging, and competitive SMM system that attracts and retains an audience, supports business growth, and strengthens our brand in the digital space.
You will:
- Create a monthly content plan for Sunlight's social media.
- Prepare and regularly post content units (reels, posts, stories, short videos, articles) on existing platforms (VK, Max, Telegram, OK, Dzen, Pinterest);
- Crosspost and adapt content, systematizing it with consideration for platform specifics and cross-links;
- Build funnels for attracting free traffic from various channels (reels, stories, posts, videos, articles);
- Attract free and paid traffic;
- Work with bots, reporting, metric analysis, ad marking;
- Utilize neural networks for work;
- Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content (setting tasks for designers, copywriters, videographers);
- Collect references (photos/videos), participate in developing scripts for videos;
- Compose briefs, oversee the entire process, attend shoots if necessary.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM or content marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or retail niche.
- Ability to create aesthetic visual content, a high level of awareness in image conventions, and viral creative content.
- Experience in forming content plans and strategies, understanding how to capture audience attention from the first seconds and build content for subscriber retention and engagement.
- Creativity, a sense of taste, and a strong focus on metrics.
- High responsibility and independence. We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be reminded about deadlines or current trends.
- Ability to work with modern tools and technologies to simplify processes and achieve maximum results.
