SMM Manager
Join the EKONIKA team as an SMM Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing Telegram, Instagram, Pinterest, Ritm accounts
- Developing a content plan and generating creative ideas
- Preparing texts and adapting photos/videos for posts and stories (Figma)
- Regular posting and visual content control
- Seeking audience growth mechanics and working with influencers
- Monitoring trends and analyzing performance
- Preparing reports
What we expect from the candidate:
- SMM experience of 1–2 years (experience in fashion or beauty is mandatory).
- Understanding the specifics of Telegram, Instagram, Pinterest, Ritm and experience in independently managing accounts
- Ability to work with analytics and evaluate content effectiveness using metrics
- Text writing and storytelling skills
- Creative thinking and a good eye for trends
- Interest in fashion and current digital trends
- Proficiency in Figma
- Readiness to manage social media “turnkey” and take initiative
