"Three Stations. Depot" is a unique gastronomic space with an area of 8000 square meters located near the city's main railway hub, the area of three stations — Komsomolskaya Square. It brings together over 60 corners and restaurants of various culinary directions. The food mall has over 2000 seats. Inside, there is a market with fresh products and a 65-meter-long bar counter. Fairs, festivals, concerts, theatrical shows, and master classes are held here.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with tenants via WhatsApp/Telegram chats, content collection for social media, website, etc. (average response time to a request is 30 sec. - 1 min.);
- Supervision of the SMM agency (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook);
- Monitoring compliance with guidelines for social media content (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook);
- Approval of final publications for social media (layout+text) with tenants;
- Monitoring monthly reports on SMM performance;
- Monitoring compliance with guidelines for website content;
- Setting tasks for the copywriter and monitoring their completion;
- Interaction with website developers;
- Personal meetings with tenants to organize promotions/master classes/events/promotion of new corners;
- Interaction with contractors for POS materials;
- Selection and control of POS material production;
- Maintaining document flow
Requirements:
- Work experience of 3+ years;
- Experience in organizing and implementing projects;
- Fluent Russian (spoken and written);
- Stress resistance, creativity, initiative
