In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the long-term brand strategy, with a special focus on enhancing brand value and consumer engagement;
- Implement year-round 360 marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening brand presence;
- Develop and optimize the communication mix, combining various channels for maximum reach;
- Coordinate agencies and cross-functional teams in developing effective communication strategies (including Sales, Digital, E-com, Shopper marketing, etc.);
- Develop strategic thinking, adopt a proactive approach, and create innovative activations based on solid consumer insights and market analysis;
We are looking for you if:
- You have a higher education (preferably in Marketing, PR, Management, Economics);
- You have experience in brand marketing (primarily in FMCG);
- You have experience in project implementation, working with creative content, and writing copy for various campaigns;
- You have experience in creating a brand strategy and managing the marketing mix in accordance with it;
- You have an inventive mind, a creative approach to tasks, strong intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving skills;
- You are results-oriented and possess strong communication skills;
- You can work in a cross-functional team and adapt quickly to changes;
- You have an upper-intermediate level of English and excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
