Brand Manager
IS THIS ABOUT YOU?
- I have a higher education;
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, experience in independently leading strategic brand activities;
- I regularly work with analytics (BHT, Nielsen, GFK, etc.) to find insights and new opportunities for brand growth (from the perspective of the consumer, buyer, client);
- I understand the needs and behavior of the premium audience, I can identify trends;
- I have experience in developing new products (NPD);
- I have experience in developing communication strategies for brands, including TV advertising;
- I am proficient in Power Point and Excel at an advanced level;
- I know English at an Intermediate level or higher;
YOUR NEW TASKS INCLUDE:
- Analysis of target audience and market needs and trends, identification of relevant insights;
- Formation of marketing strategies to support brands;
- Development of a communication plan and all 360 consumer marketing activities;
- Launching new products (concept development, packaging design, key visual, creation and implementation of a 360 support plan);
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented activities;
- Analysis of brand and product performance;
- Working with cross-functional teams;
- Budget formation.
