Senior Brand Manager at 12 STOREEZ brand
A Senior Brand Manager is needed for the 12 STOREEZ brand.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and update of the brand development strategy
- Formation and prioritization of the marketing calendar: synchronization of product drops, seasonality, and commercial goals in conjunction with retail and e-commerce
- Identification of focus categories, key products, and target audiences based on data and business priorities, including women's, men's categories, shoes, and accessories)
- Leading the launch and execution of campaigns (SS/FW, New Year, etc.): from idea to implementation, considering the product calendar and sales channel objectives
- Ensuring consistent communication across all channels: digital, retail, e-commerce, media, and OOH.
- Cross-functional interaction with product, retail, and e-commerce teams: synchronization of assortment priorities, campaigns, and sales objectives
- Development of a media strategy: planning and optimization of digital and OOH placements with a focus on efficiency and contribution to business results
- Development of strategic partnerships and collaborations that strengthen the brand and product
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness: sales, traffic, conversions, reach, engagement, and brand metrics, forming conclusions and recommendations
- Translation of the strategy and coordination of a unified approach between the Russian and international markets, ensuring consistency of approach regardless of location, supporting international teams in developing activations and focus areas in their markets
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing, management, economics). MBA is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Digital, Luxury, or related industries
- 5+ years in brand management/marketing (Brand Manager/Senior Specialist level)
- Experience managing activation budgets and calculating ROI for projects
- Deep understanding of activation mechanics and their effectiveness, understanding the specifics of different regions
- Ability to make data-driven decisions (customer, sales analysis, etc.)
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate, and inspire with one's ideas
