Senior Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years Full-time, 5/2 Office-based

Moscow, Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 30/1, Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station

You will be working in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for developing and promoting the company's brand, creating a unique identity that sets the company apart from competitors, and establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Participate in the development and implementation of the brand marketing strategy
2. Analyze key business indicators, CRM data, and the effectiveness of marketing activities, and formulate recommendations for brand development
3. Maintain marketing reporting and analyze the results of implemented projects
4. Lead and manage the implementation of key marketing projects, control deadlines, quality of execution, and KPI achievement
5. Coordinate the work of internal teams (PR, SMM, Trade Marketing, Training) within a unified strategy
6. Oversee the launch of new products, advertising campaigns, special projects, and brand activations, as well as participate in the development of promotion mechanics
7. Ensure the preparation and approval of marketing materials and communications, organize regular cross-functional team synchronizations
8. Participate in the selection of contractors, as well as manage interaction with agencies: set tasks, control quality, and evaluate effectiveness
9. Control the marketing budget, document flow, and compliance with the company's internal processes
10. Formulate and maintain the brand's marketing calendar

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. Similar experience of 5+ years in the beauty or fashion industry, or with lifestyle brands
2. Successful results in independently managing full-cycle marketing projects, as well as in collaboration with advertising, creative, digital, PR, and research agencies
3. Confident command of the English language (written, spoken at least Upper-Intermediate / B2 level)
4. Experience in promoting brands in the Russian Federation (experience in other countries will also be an advantage)
5. Experience working with large advertising budgets
6. Deep knowledge of the market and current marketing tools
