🦉 Looking for a Special Projects Manager at VkusVill (Employer Brand Marketing)

Location — Moscow, hybrid (but we are ready to consider St. Petersburg)
💎 What needs to be done:
- Come up with and launch special projects and marketing campaigns;
- Formulate briefs, define the target audience, mechanics, channels, budget, and metrics;
- Independently manage projects from idea to implementation;
- Work with contractors, agencies, designers, and production;
- Participate in filming, script development, and visual materials;
- Search for and test new formats: podcasts, special projects, external platforms, mini-documentary projects, and other ideas;
- Analyze project results and develop what works;
- Find suitable projects for marketing and HR awards, package cases, and coordinate submissions.
🐾 What's important:
- 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, special projects, PR, brand marketing, or related fields;
- Experience in independently managing projects from idea to launch;
- Good eye for trends, curiosity, and interest in new formats.
