WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop a brand strategy and storytelling for 2-3 seasons, integrating online and offline channels
- Define the Big Idea for campaigns, ensuring their conversion potential
- Plan and implement offline activations: pop-up stores, events, partner events, displays, trade marketing — with clear KPIs for traffic and sales
- Manage integrated campaigns combining digital, out-of-home advertising, SMM, bloggers, and offline channels for end-to-end impact
- Be responsible for budgeting and ROI of all brand activations, ensuring their commercial effectiveness
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify sales drivers
- Control the quality of all brand touchpoints (from website to storefront), maintaining a unified premium image
- Manage partnerships and ambassadors to enhance brand desirability and generate demand
- Build and manage the effectiveness of the brand team
- Develop competency development and succession plans for the sustainability and effectiveness of the department
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN A CANDIDATE
- 5+ years in brand management (preferably in fashion, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors)
- Proven case studies of increasing brand awareness and sales growth through integrated campaigns
- Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies with measurable business results
- Successful launches of offline activations (pop-ups, events, trade marketing)
- Experience in budgeting and managing marketing P&L
- Skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Power BI — advantage)
- Knowledge of market research methodologies (qualitative / quantitative methods)
- Development of brand strategies and positioning with a focus on commercialization
- Planning and budgeting of integrated campaigns (online + offline)
Management of trade marketing, merchandising, POS materials, pop-up projects
- Experience in conducting offline events and partner programs with measurable business results
- Skills in evaluating activation effectiveness (ROI, ROAS, sales attribution)
- Conducting marketing research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify demand drivers
- Understanding of digital tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and offline metrics (traffic, in-store conversion) at a conceptual level
- Higher education (Master's degree or MBA is a plus) in Marketing, Management, Advertising, or related fields
- English language — B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
