Cosmetics manufacturer Sofis(7DAYS) is looking for a Head of Marketing to take charge of all promotion areas and develop the brand in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a promotion strategy for international markets (social media, content, advertising, SEO, email marketing)
- Team management: SMM specialists, targeting specialists, designers, analysts
- Compilation and control of the budget for digital campaigns in international markets
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness, analysis of key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversions, reach)
- Optimization of advertising costs and budget reallocation for maximum results
- Building unified brand and content standards across all international markets
The ideal candidate:
- Has a relevant education: marketing, advertising, communications, digital marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with team management experience
- Experience promoting brands in international markets (E-commerce, B2C) is a plus
- Knowledge of online advertising tools: Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Experience working with analytics and dashboards (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Proactivity, strategic thinking
- Experience launching campaigns in different countries, leading a team, managing a budget
