We are looking for a Marketing Guru, a professional who will build and be able to manage all marketing processes in the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Building a sales system together with the Company's management,
• Debugging mechanisms that are maximally effective for sales conversion,
• We also welcome non-standard approaches and promotion techniques,
• Correctly utilizing SMM and direct advertising,
• Developing b2c / b2b advertising channels,
• Analyzing the effectiveness of own activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proactive life position;
• Good knowledge and ability to work with data;
• Preferably: love for cars, knowledge of the car repair industry.

Conditions:

• Full-time employment, 5/2, hybrid schedule possible (50% remote / 50% in office);
• Office near Rasskazovka metro station, Aeroport Vnukovo metro station;
• Official employment, social package;
• Remuneration: base salary + motivation, to be discussed with the successful candidate.
