We invite you to join our team as the Head of the Marketing Staff for Omoda, Jaecoo, Jeland, Moskvich:

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the department's work, effective task distribution among employees;
• Planning and organizing marketing activities along the directorate, with a primary focus on performance marketing;
• Short-term (monthly) media planning for all dealerships;
• Analysis of advertising costs, working with end-to-end analytics (managing advertising through measuring effectiveness of "costs-traffic-sales-revenue");
• Working with brand representations (Importers), compiling reports and presentations for the importer;
• Monitoring compliance with company standards and importer requirements;
• Conducting client events, organizing CRM mailings, developing and implementing advertising activities;
• Close interaction with other departments (logistics, pricing, sales departments).

Requirements:

• Marketing experience of 4 years or more, experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage;
• Leadership experience of 2 years or more;
• Understanding of business goals, the role of marketing, and key performance indicators;
• Practical experience with digital channels, managing external agencies;
