Head of Marketing Department in the Automotive Sector (Khimki)

• Development and implementation of the business marketing strategy based on business goals and objectives;
• Brand positioning, promotion of goods and services;
• Setting goals up to evaluating results;
• Business scaling;
• Development of a market entry strategy;
• Preparation of a promotion plan, coordination and control of contractor work;
• Planning and launching advertising campaigns;
• Content population and website operational control;
• Working with the brand portal, coordinating and updating content, monitoring KPI performance;
• Preparation of regular reports for the General Director;
• Supervision of marketers;
• Analysis of promotion channels in the end-to-end analytics system;
• Development of promotions.

Will be an advantage:

• Work experience in the automotive business for at least 3 years;
• Higher education;
• Experience working with a large volume of information and document flow;
• Fast adaptation, high task execution speed, attentiveness, stress resistance;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience with CRM: analytics, integration will be an advantage;
• Successful experience in marketing management in the automotive sector;
• Understanding the goals and objectives of this position, knowledge and understanding of business processes in marketing;
• Organizational skills, customer focus;
• Strong leadership qualities and enthusiasm;
• Ability to make decisions quickly and readiness to take responsibility
