About the company:
We are a modern manufacturing company in the DIY and home goods segment. Our products are presented on the market through two key channels: project sales (B2B) and a dealer network. We operate 3 projects online: a corporate website, a landing page for lead generation, and an online store.
Key goal for the next year: launch and active promotion of a new premium product for the end consumer (B2C). We are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for bringing the product to market and building marketing from scratch.
Who we are looking for:
A 360 marketer!!!! A specialist who can do many marketing tasks "by hand"; who can find the right contractors/has a proven pool of such.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Strategy and product launch:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for bringing a premium product to the B2C market.
- Analysis of the target audience, product positioning, development of USP, and identification of key messages and channels for their delivery to the target audience.
2. Content and production:
- Formation of a content strategy and monthly content plans for all communication channels.
- Search, selection, and management of an external contractor pool: copywriters, videographers, designers, SEO specialists, SMM specialists.
- Full control of quality, deadlines, and content compliance with business goals.
3. Digital promotion and media presence:
- Creation and maintenance of regular brand information presence in key media (Digital, SMM, PR).
- Management and optimization of advertising campaigns (targeted advertising, performance).
4. Analytics and efficiency:
- Building and maintaining end-to-end analytics. Understanding the full customer journey: from the first touchpoint to the deal. Readiness to design these processes, even if there are no "off-the-shelf" solutions.
- Marketing budget management.
- Searching for working hypotheses, testing them, and scaling successful tools.
We expect the candidate to have:
- Proven experience in successfully launching new products to market, preferably in the segments: construction, finishing, repair, home materials.
- Experience working with mid- and high-priced products (premium).
- Practical experience managing external contractors in all key digital areas: SMM, SEO, content production, targeted and contextual advertising.
- Having a proven pool of contractors (or strong industry contacts) will be a significant advantage.
- Experience in setting up end-to-end analytics (Yandex Direct, Yandex.Metrica, CRM systems).
