The task is to build a strong marketing department within the company!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee performance channels and work with contractors (hypothesis development, link creation, landing page design, etc.);
- Control expenses and efficiency of all channels (scaling, identifying bottlenecks);
- Search and test new channels;
- Work with Avito and Tsian platforms;
- CRM marketing: working with the current database, nurturing leads, touchpoint sequences, repeat sales, e-mail;
- Manage contractors and employees (designers, copywriters, SMM specialists, advertising agencies, etc.);
- Analytics: evaluate channel efficiency, optimize budget, implement hypotheses;
- Analyze social media and develop them;
- Develop the partner channel;
- Automation in messengers and bots.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience;
- Experience in investment real estate;
- Understanding of digital tools: contextual advertising, targeted advertising, CRM, end-to-end analytics, SEO;
- Desire to delve into a complex niche — the Moscow real estate market and investments;
- Experience interacting with the sales department;
- Ability to work with large budgets;
- Attentiveness and thoroughness;
- Ability to drive results: complete tasks, manage contractors;
- Readiness to quickly learn new tools and take responsibility for results.
