What tasks will you be responsible for:
- Formulating and implementing a marketing strategy from scratch – from positioning to large-scale campaigns.
- Managing brand awareness and directly influencing sales growth for residential and commercial real estate.
- Leading a strong team of digital specialists, PR managers, and advertisers – inspiring, developing, and achieving goals together.
- Working with large budgets, ensuring every ruble brings results – you will be responsible for the ROI and effectiveness of all marketing investments.
- Shaping the product at the design stage, contributing marketing expertise to the development of new residential complexes and shopping centers.
- Building partnerships with agencies, contractors, and media – you will be the face of the company's marketing in the external market.
We are looking for a professional who:
- Holds a higher education degree in Marketing, PR, or related fields.
- Has successfully worked as a Marketing Director (or in a similar position) for at least 5 years, preferably in the residential and/or commercial real estate sector.
- Is proficient in modern marketing tools: digital, SMM, contextual advertising, media advertising, automation, analytics.
- Thinks strategically, making decisions based on data, not intuition.
- Has real experience in promoting shopping centers or residential complexes – we value not just responsibilities on a resume, but results.
