Strategic Marketing Management
- Development and implementation of a long-term brand development marketing strategy.
- Formation of the hotel's positioning, definition of key promotion channels and marketing priorities.
- Setting goals, defining KPIs, and controlling the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Audience Research and Analytics
- Conducting in-depth analysis of the market and competitive environment.
- Researching the psychographic profile of guests, their lifestyles, motivations, values, and consumer behavior.
- Identifying new target segments and adapting the product and communications to their expectations.
Brand Management
- Forming the brand's ideology, philosophy, and values.
- Developing and implementing a unified visual and communication concept.
- Monitoring compliance with corporate identity, Tone of Voice, and brand standards at all guest touchpoints.
Marketing for the Ultra Luxury Segment
- Development of exclusive marketing campaigns for the ultra-wealthy audience.
- Creation of exclusive offers with an emphasis on privacy, individual service, and a high level of personalization.
- Building effective tools for attracting and retaining VIP guests.
Content and Visual Communication
- Art direction of all image-forming photo and video materials.
- Development of visual storytelling that reflects brand values and enhances its emotional appeal.
- Quality control of content across all communication channels.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identifying and developing partnerships with premium brands, luxury retail, art institutions, cultural projects, and other companies that share the brand's values.
- Initiating joint projects and collaborations aimed at expanding the audience and increasing the hotel's recognition.
PR and Reputation Management
- Development and implementation of a PR strategy.
- Managing brand reputation in leading business, lifestyle, and industry media.
- Interaction with opinion leaders, experts, influencers, and relevant communities.
- Forming the expert status of the hotel and its representatives.
CRM and Personalized Marketing
- Development of CRM marketing based on guest data analysis.
- Building hyper-personalized communications at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Implementing tools to increase loyalty, repeat visits, and Lifetime Value.
Commercial Interaction
- Close collaboration with Revenue Management and Sales departments.
- Development of marketing initiatives to increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue from additional services.
- Providing marketing support for the company's commercial goals and continuous analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
We expect the candidate to have:
- Higher education in marketing, management, branding, or business.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle, de luxe real estate, luxury retail, or related industries.
- Proven experience in creating and developing premium brands.
- Understanding of the specifics of working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) audiences.
- Experience in building brand strategies, managing PR, CRM, and digital marketing.
- High level of exposure to trends, a developed sense of aesthetics, and an understanding of current trends in luxury communications.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and managerial competencies.
- English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
