Brand Director / Marketing Director
Kenguru Company is the largest federal network of luxury and premium salons for children and mothers, and we invite a Brand Director / Marketing Director to our Team.
Main task: increase brand awareness.
What you will be doing:
- Updating the communication strategy of the Kenguru brand (Moscow, regions), increasing brand awareness and reach, attracting a younger audience.
- Developing a digital strategy for the brand's social media development, increasing audience engagement, working with bloggers, and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Interacting with the Company's commercial departments to form a photo/video content creation plan, considering the specifics of the season and sales.
- Searching for new channels for the brand's presence in the digital space to achieve set goals.
- Searching for new channels for interaction with the target audience, creating communities in online and offline spaces.
- Analyzing and relaunching existing partnership activities for effectiveness.
- Event marketing, organizing own events for both new and existing audiences.
- Strengthening the brand's external PR, presence in the business information space.
- Managing the team responsible for the Kenguru magazine.
- Analyzing competitor activity.
We expect:
- Higher education in marketing, advertising, and PR.
- Additional education in SMM.
- Experience working with media, electronic and print.
- Media planning skills.
- A high level of creativity and taste for organizing shoots and promotion.
- Proven experience of successful interaction with bloggers and successful SM development with high ER.
- Proven experience in conducting high-quality events for the target audience.
